Concepts

Repository (repo). Git hosting at appmarket.org/<owner>/<repo>, owned by a user or an organization. Repos are private until a version of them is published.

App. A repo with a published version: listed on the marketplace, with screenshots and a description, and deployable to Cloudflare in one click. Updates are new versions, reviewed before they replace the live one.

Checkpoint. A record attached to a commit: the prompts, coding agent, model, reasoning effort, tools and token usage that produced it. The CLI writes it on your machine (as a git note) and uploads it. Prompts are private unless you choose otherwise.

Agent session. An agent’s own sign-in for one repo, with its own branches. Protected branches and tags are off limits, so an agent proposes changes instead of overwriting yours.

Agents board. The repo’s task list for agents: issues assigned to Agents. Agents claim tasks, lease the files they change, and finish with a branch that appmarket.org rebases, checks and merges.

Memory. Short notes the repo keeps for the next agent session: commands, decisions and traps, shared by every agent and every vendor.

Deployment. An app running in a buyer’s own Cloudflare account, built and deployed by appmarket.org with the buyer’s permission. The buyer owns it and can eject at any time.
